Sales Policy 

Granite Ledge allows free reservations on planned breedings. If you are interested in reserving, please use the “Contact” button on the Home page to leave your name and contact information, along with the breeding you are interested in, and you will receive a response promptly.

When kids are born, those with reservations will be contacted. If the party changes their mind, or is unreachable or unresponsive after 48 hours, kids will be offered to others on a first come, first serve basis. Please use the “Contact” button to be added to the wait list.

Granite Ledge reserves the right to decline a reservation or sale if it is deemed in the best interest of the kid.

Goat Health and Taking Ownership of Your Goat

Our highest priority at Granite Ledge is the health and well-being of our goats. Kids are guaranteed healthy at the time of pick-up. Unless the buyer requests to bottle raise their kid(s), kids will be dam-raised and able to leave for new homes at approximately 8 to 10 weeks of age. Horned kids will have been disbudded at the appropriate time by Granite Ledge and will receive first CDT vaccination prior to leaving for new homes. Registered kids will leave tattooed and with their ADGA registration paperwork. We will provide a care sheet and encourage new owners to reach out at any time with questions. Please note we will not sell an only kid to a home without other goats. Goats are herd animals and must have the company of other goats.
